XXY Baby is born
This is to the mothers who are really struggling and not understanding what it means to have a baby ready to see the world diagnosed with Klinefelter syndrome or XXY. You might have just been told about the diagnosis of your XXY baby as you are reading this in the first 24 hours. You might be 12 weeks pregnant, or you might be just learning about your baby having Klinefelter syndrome. Hopefully, watching this video and reading my thoughts will encourage you, bring you some relief and liven your spirits.
I have had the chance to talk to and meet so many mothers in the same shoes. The gut-wrenching feeling like you just went bungee jumping and are deathly afraid of heights, laying in the fetal position for 3 days straight, or obsessively trying to learn everything you can in the shortest period of time glued to google. At the end of the day, those feelings will always have the glimmer of hope, and hope is just the start of what this community of amazing people can offer you. Your XXY baby will be amazing. These boys are so creative, beautiful, and have the kindest hearts. I know there are positives out there, and we only have just gotten started. Teamwork makes Dreamwork.
Rene Ingram is a mother of an XXY baby boy who was just brought into this world a few months ago. I have never met Rene, and I have never had any contact with her. Like all of us, we use the internet to learn and search for things. I am always looking for more information, articles, and new information on Klinefelter syndrome. One day searching youtube, I found her video. She was 18 weeks pregnant and found out at 16 weeks her boy was diagnosed with Klinefelter syndrome. She was worried at; first, she says in her video, but she found a youtube video that helped her think differently after research and research. She decided to take her on a youtube channel to help others and give them hope.
I encourage you to watch her two videos, and if you would like to learn more about Klinefelter syndrome, here are some videos I have managed to put together on Youtube. Thank you for reading this, and please comment and share so we can help more of those in need of our help.
If you would like to learn a little more about who I am and what I am doing, Here is an article written about me in the early stages of 2017.
